But, our research showed that millennials don’t want to be just another doctor, a number. They are individualistic, and want to be involved in changing their world, particularly the future of medicine. So we knew we had to inspire them. We elevated the conversation and showed them how our doctors’ accomplishments were More Than Medicine. They were actually changing medicine for the better.
